胰蛋白胨在培養(yǎng)基中作為營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)提供菌體細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)所需要的氮源、維生素、氨基酸及生長(zhǎng)因子等；乳糖提供菌體細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)所需要的碳源；氯化鈉維持體系滲透壓平衡；磷酸鹽為菌體生長(zhǎng)提供相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的酸堿緩沖體系；月桂基硫酸鈉抑制非大腸菌群類細(xì)菌的生長(zhǎng)。

Tryptone is used as a nutrient in the medium to provide nitrogen sources, vitamins, amino acids and growth factors needed for cell growth. Lactose provides carbon source for cell growth of bacteria. Sodium chloride maintained osmotic pressure balance. Phosphate provides a relatively stable acid-base buffer system for bacterial growth. Sodium lauryl sulfate inhibits the growth of non-coliform bacteria.

Usage

稱取本品35.6克，加熱溶解于1000ml蒸餾水中，分裝到有倒立發(fā)酵管的20mm×150mm試管中，每管10ml，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘，備用。

Weigh 35.6 grams of this product, heat it and dissolve it in 1000ml distilled water, and divide it into 20mm×150mm test tubes with inverted fermentation tubes, 10ml each, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, and set aside.
