稱取本品37.0g，加熱溶解于1000ml蒸餾水中，分裝三角瓶，每瓶225ml，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘，冷卻后，加入過(guò)濾除菌的新生霉素1支(4.5mg)，使最終濃度為20ug/ml混勻，加入樣品液后，放置42℃水浴培養(yǎng)18-24小時(shí)。
